Searching the Truffles...
With its nooks and crannies, and its twists and turns, the hotel Clément V retains the feeling of a true family home.
FRIDAY
• Free dinner in one of the nearby restaurants (recommendations and reservation upon arrival)
• Accommodation at the CLEMENT V*** (you will be able to choose the décor of your room upon reservation)
SATURDAY
• French breakfast served in the garden area from 8.00 to 10.00 am
• Individual departure for Sarlat, visit of its market and especially its truffles market
• Freel lunch
• 1.45 pm: you are appointed in Marnac (located between Sarlat and Belvès) for the “cavage” or how to look for truffles together with the owner
• Between 3.45 pm-4.00 pm: return to Belvès
• From 4.30 pm to 5.15 pm: guided tour of the impressive Belvès cave-dwellings
• 7.00 pm: appointment at the “Auberge des Tilleuls” in Marnac for a dinner entirely dedicated to the truffles (from the aperitif through dessert) and with products from their farm by the fire.

• French breakfast served in the garden area from 8.00 to 10.00 am
